Workshop 2 - Tea for the Times with Clodagh and Sarah

Sarah is a Primary School Teacher with a degree in Psychology. She is also a qualified yoga teacher and has conducted research in the area of Positive Psychology and is dedicated to finding ways to optimise well-being.
Clodagh is also a Primary School Teacher who is completing a Masters degree in Psychology. She has a special interest in Positive Psychology and Behavioural Analysis. She has a particular interest in researching the relationship between well-being and education. 

This workshop provides practical tools and resources to aid you in helping young people to adjust to the struggles and realities COVID-19 has brought. Find the slideshow with video explanation below. Attached is a free resource pack which you can download and use at home.

Workshop 1 - The Yoga Chapple

Joan and Claire Chapple own a yoga studio in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. They have shared de-stressing tips, self-care tips, as well as yogic breathing techniques for relaxation. This workshop is described as being for anyone who is experiencing stress related to the COVID-19 crisis.
